We are an Engineering solutions Company providing turn-key solutions in the field of Ground Water Control, Industrial Services, Specialized Equipment Rental across GCC countries. We serve the Construction, Oil & Gas, Oilfield Services, Pipeline, Marine, Waste Water and other associated industries from its purpose built facilities in the Middle East.
o Responsible for the execution of all operational works, on multiple project sites simultaneously, from handover through to project closure including mobilization, procurement, installation, commissioning, monitoring and demobilization.
o Responsible to ensure all work activities are planned and carried out in accordance with the Method Statement, contracted scope of works, best practices and client obligations. Any variances are to be reported to the LM prior to execution.
o Ensure the following site documentation in maintained for all projects.
a. Delivery Notes
b. Installation Reports
c. Start Reports
d. Damage Reports
e. Stop Reports
f. As Built Drawings
g. Manpower Record
h. Daily Activity Reports
i. System History Reports
j. Tool Box Talks
o Produce the following reports to the Line Manager.
a. Project Status Report - Daily
b. Project Profitability Report - Weekly
c. Manpower Allocation / Requirements - Monthly
o Actively participate in meetings with clients regarding project progression and performance on site, as and when required.
o Participate in project review meetings with the Line Manager to aid in decision making on project performance, challenges and efficient utilization of resources.
o Ensure resource assigned for projects are carrying out their job as per defined role and the optimal utilization to avoid duplication of efforts and process.
o Serves as a single point of contact for all assigned site operation related aspects as well as the Operations team assigned.
o Support the Line Manager by providing technical, engineering, and practical judgment during initiation & through the project life cycle.
o Ensure compliance to all legal and regulatory laws including QHSE standards and reviews site conditions for any deviations from a QHSE perspective.
o Maintain good working relationship with all parties at all levels and times when representing the Company, Sub-Contractors, Staff and third parties
o Make a deliberate effort to gain a full understanding and working knowledge of the Company’s QHSE Policies and Procedures and adherence to the same.
o Ensure that all requests to perform unsafe work practices that may result in damage to machinery, people or property are declined.
o Set direction and objectives for team members and ensure achievement of their development plans.
o Works closely with internal project stakeholders assigned to resolve any project risks associated with contracts, documentation & execution.
o Assist the Line Manager in preparing a rolling manpower plan for 6 months and justify needs for additional resources.
o Responsible to ensure all necessary data/records and reports are submitted on time for monthly project billing.
