Description
- Work with accountable exec team, Business SME's and Leads and Information Technology to deliver end-to-end Change outcomes through Inception, Discovery, Design, Build, Test and Deployment activities.- Input into Business User Requirements, Functional Specifications and Business Cases that meet with the approval of the Executive Sponsor.- Project manage delivery, including managing development, testing and implementation of IT and other associated elements (such as communications, marketing and training).- Set milestones against activities, report progress against them, and 'bump up' challenges or delivery risks early through the chain of command.- Ensure any introduced Change is future-proofed to meet the Vision; challenge the requirements, apply common sense to prioritization, and guide the business (incl. SME Lead) through the Change process.- Plan, Design and Deploy considering at all times the Operational Adoption of such Change, minimizing risk and maximizing Benefit.- Hands on delivery experience is a must.
Profile
- Mandatory Bachelors Degree- Previous experience as a successful enterprise architect highly desirable- 10 to 12 years of experience with last 3-5 years in CRM Implementation- Demonstrated track record of leading high-performance teams toward the successful attainment of challenging goals
