QUANTITY SURVEYOR - "Fit Out"

•Tender stage & of dealing with procurement issues

•Working on civil engineering and fit out projects

•Understanding of all statutory regulations concerning Fit out works (Retail, Entertainment and Restaurants)

•Clear understanding of BOQ’s, construction and materials cost assessment

•Experience concerning purchasing orders

•Contracts and contracts variations

•Knowledge of Construction details, Design and specific requirements for fit out works

•Great understanding of drawings (Hard copy or data)

•Good negotiation skills (concerning the purchasing of materials and fit out contractors)

•Managing experience with subcontractors

•Experience in work progress assessment and follow up on site

•Knowledge of safety, quality and environment procedures in construction sites
