- Planning and booking travel requirement
- Assist in setting up the office, ensuring there is sufficient space, equipment and supplies for the team as its numbers increase
- Set up and coordinate meetings, including arranging refreshments, preparing any documents and taking meeting notes if required
- To ensure office space is kept tidy and all materials are stored and filed for easy access
- Maintain stationery supplies
- Liaise with clients as required
