• Responsible for local and international recruitment activities across the organization (for both permanent and temporary staff). • Assess manpower requisitions and prepare job descriptions. • Source candidates through a variety of proven recruitment methods including advertisements, database search, networking, job portals, referrals and head hunting. • Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualification and eligibility of applicants. • Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information before processing them for technical evaluations. • Compose correspondence/reports for international manpower agencies and executive search companies. • Arrange and coordinate recruitment process for international candidates with recruitment agencies of different countries. • Verify applicant information from law enforcement officials, previous employers, and other references. • Responsible for offer negotiation, preparation of employment offers & contracts. • Onboard & induct new employees with company policies, procedures, benefits etc; • Devise & evaluate selection processes including interviews, personality questionnaires and various group activities. • Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to departmental managers; advise managers on best practice recruitment and selection. • Design or revise HR and Personnel forms; prepare other recruitment brochures etc; • Arrange for visa issuances with Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. • Verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training and performance evaluations. • Arrange for in-house or/and external training activities. • File and maintain employment records for future references. • Acquaintance with latest employment legislation per Saudi Labor Law. • Maintain confidentiality and discreet handling.
