Regional Key Account Manager

Job purpose:



Managing key accounts is a very dynamic and has an essential role that enhances the company's position in trade and sustains our presence vis-à-vis our competitors.



Current evolution of key accounts and the emergence of multinational players in the retail segment require more focus, dedication and support.



This task requires many efforts to be dedicated to stand solid and strong mainly these days, where the competition is increasing day after day and the demands of our clients are endless.



Key Duties:



•Identify our major appropriate prospective key accounts

•Develop and maintain positive relationships with all key accounts

•Obtain and organize key customers' information

•Create a strategic selling and customer development plan

•Manage our expertise in negotiating with key customers and better communication skills

•Increase the effectiveness of our budgets

•Acquire the tools needed to better understand our customers' needs

•Enhance our competitive advantage and stay ahead of the competition

•Customer feedback and competitive value analysis

•Organize listing new SKU’s.

•Manage gondola/floor displays rentals

•Ensure better coverage and availability of our products

•Maintain considerable shelf / freezer spaces for our products

•Monitor sales performance and analyze positive and negative achievements on monthly / quarterly basis

•Discover and fix problems arising between our sales personnel and clients

•Ensure the well organized service and maintain its improvement

•Plan and conduct various promotional calendar activities.

•Collaborate with marketing department in recommending and executing marketing initiatives & promotions.

•Develop and maintain positive relationship with all key accounts by addressing their needs and concerns

•Evaluate customers' objectives and provide solutions to generate add - on sales and profits

•Coordinate the work with our employees in relation to customers' requirements to ensure proper

achievements .

•Arrange the mechanics of the annual business agreements and finalize it with our major clients
