Our client is looking to recruit a Retail Development Director to be based in Cairo, Egypt (Their corporate head office) to lead their retail development team.
They have a number of mixed use developments across the country which will have a retail element.

Description
Reporting into the Cheif Development Officer, your main objective will be to lead the Development of Retail projects across Egypt.
These proejcts are both in & out door retail concepts in prime locations across the country.
You will lead the development of feaibilitiy studies as well as manage consultants throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Profile
The successful candidte must hold a technical university degree with a minimum of 15 years of experience of which 8 years within Retail development.
You must also be Knowledgeable with retail trends and retail business models.
