Position Objective:
To provide back office sales support to the Maquet Africa team including all distributors and end customers in the Africa region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Back office support to Africa team, as well as customers visiting Dubai office. Coordinate tasks such as VISA applications, invitation letters, accommodation and transport bookings are included in this scope of work.
- Support Africa team in creation of power point presentations, excel spread sheets and letters
- Follow up and coordinate with Customer Service team on open orders and deliveries
- Provide ad-hoc sales reports to Vice President, Africa
- Assist the Africa team in the completion of tenders consolidation, submission and follow up
- Coordinate for the registration of warranty claim and follow up shipment as well as quality complaints from Distributors
- Completion of monthly expense reports for the Vice President
- Administration support to Regional Training Center, with work task such as registration of students and providing necessary information before the training/ arrival. Coordinating VISA, invitation letters, transport, accommodation and catering services during the training
- Support and organize Distributor and customer meetings and exhibition in the MEA region.
