Sales Executive and Cashier - D4Designs LLC

Duties:

- Customer Service: Handling direct and online sales of our products to customers

- Cashier: Handling POS

- Answering incoming calls from customers, inquiries and questions, handling complaints, problems and providing information.

- Communicate professionally with customers by providing support and answering their enquiries in an efficient manner.

- Provide feedback to the Manager regarding any problems from customers relating to products or other.

- Monitoring stocks in the shop and establishing necessary stock transfer list from warehouse according to procedure

- Ensuring follow up emails to clients

- Maintian stock inventory
