- Answer telephones, give information to callers, take messages and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Arrange conferences, meetings and maintain scheduling and event calendars
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures and compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
- Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors
- Provide services to customers
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, and correspondence
