Account Manager

Act as key contact for all client related matters

Serve remotely and meet in some cases existing clients building & maintaining strong relationships

Maintain in-depth knowledge of service offerings of the Company

Forecast and track key account metrics

Ensure accounts renewals & identify new opportunities within existing accounts

Be responsible for the on-boarding of new projects & explore new growth opportunities

Secure successful delivery of Company Products & Services

Manage and provide timely problem resolutions according to customers' needs, liaising with all relevant departments

Assist with the preparation of agreements & regulations and ensure that these are fully adhered to

Maintain accurate reference documentation for internal management

Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders

Coordinate with Finance on due payments based on agreed billing terms

Convey client's goals & represent their interests to business development, procurement & IT teams

Provide detailed information and reports to the Management as required
