• Processing claims within the following lines of business: Property, workmen, third party liability, school, marine, contractors all risk, equipment, fidelity, and malpractice.
• Maintaining claim file and required records in order to properly analyze claims.
• Verify and analyze data used in settling claims to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made according to company practices and procedures.
• Follow up with assigned adjusters and customers.
• Supervise employees within the claims department
