Our client is looking for a HR Consultant on a temporary 6 month contract.

Description
Work in partnership with the business to provide HR direction and leadership to the CEO and employees in country.
Provide a consultancy service that delivers commercially focused HR solutions that support the business in conjunction with specialist HR functions, contracting and brokering HR services from the centre that enable business performance in country (improving cost and efficiency, developing long-term capability for the future).
The job holder will be challenged to:
- Deliver best practice in the context of unprecedented market conditions ensuring the business approach 'tough decision' in the context of company's values and the 'best employer agenda'.- Improve customer service delivered by HR to the country team- Manage a number of stakeholders including country CEO and Management Team, HR Specialists- Manage matrix structures across the business i.e. CMB in country and region
Profile
The ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- Resident in Qatar- Graduate level education with significant HR experience- The ideal candidate will have previous HR Manager/ Relationship Manager experience- Broad generalist HR experience gained across a variety of businesses, including cross-cultural expertise- Experience of implementing transformation and change programmes- Knowledge / experience of at least one HR specialism- Degree level qualification would be desirable
