Individual services include inspections of industrial plants, monitoring of industrial and infrastructure projects, inspections of pressure vessels, conveyor technology, elevators, electronic assessments of road conditions, civil engineering as well as environmental and hazardous substance analysis.Business Development Manager is a person who is responsible for acquiring new business, clients and strategies to realize the targets set for our industrial service.

Our Business Stream Industrial Services includes the Business Fields Pressure Equipment and Systems Engineering, Elevator, Conveyor and Machine Technology, Electrical Engineering and Building Technology, Supply Chain Services, Civil Engineering, Energy and Environment as well as Project Management.

- Manage business development & consulting activities for company services, work on the development of brand awareness and positioning in the market;

- understand and implement TUV Rheinland sales procedure

- Manage at the client site, the presentation of projects / services, acting as the sales manager as well as prepares and presents recommendations to clients,

- Can demonstrate the use and benefits of the clients’ products in solving business problems,

- Draft commercial proposals that respond to the maximum extent to the client’s needs and takes responsibility for the production of proposals,

- Understands client and internal business needs and proactively seeks ways to add value to the client,

- Undertake and manage project activities as required to ensure effective project and client management, during the pre- and post-sales activities,

- Scouting, pre-sales activities in the market,

- Create a good client relationship by building trust with the client,

- Carry out periodic analysis on market competition,

- Gather all customers feedback and modification required to improve service; Monitor and assure the quality of services provided to the clients;

- Participation in budgeting activities and ensure the achievement of budget goals,

- Identifies commercial opportunities for new and different consultancy offerings, as well as wider services,

- Develop the materials to support the marketing, sales and delivery of the projects in conjunction with the marketing team,

- Establish and Submit qaurtarly performance forcast distribuation for 12 months,

- Actively involved in qualifuing/developing leads in strategics categories via phone to the field of industrial Service.
