Middle East Jobs: Information Security Consultant

A long established global organisation, providing Contact Centre services with the FS sector, is looking for an Information Security Consultant (with a PCI-DSS background) to join their team, based in Abu Dhabi

Your role consists of 2 key areas:

Information Security (75%): Lead the establishment, implementation and adherence to policies and standards, as befits a Contact Centre outsourcer within the FS sector, with specific focus on PCI-DSS Level 1 Processor

IT Risk (25%): Responsible for ongoing development and governance of policies and procedures relating to IT and IS Risk management.

As owner of Information Security (with an additonal team member to support you), you will take direct responsibility for annual adherence to PCI-DSS (Level 1 Processor). Additional responsibilities will include:

Ensure all internal, external, financial services and regulatory Information Security (IS) audits are passed

Confirm and maintain policy documentation

Engage with executive management to ensure support for the IS program

Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and user departments to enhance IS

Design, develop and manage a program for IS awareness

Integrate IS requirements into the organisation's processes e.g. change control, mergers and acquisitions, and lifecycle activities

Your experience will ideally cover the following areas as a minimum:

Extensive IS experience and expertise, particularly PCI DSS (Level 1 Processor) compliance.

Experience/knowledge of working in a Contact Centre environment
