• Documents and effectively communicates all unresolved open cases with the assigned supervisor, in a timely manner, ensuring a prompt resolution of hardware, software, network and systems infrastructure problems.
• Documents, updates, and maintains technical documentation and knowledge base databases for the different systems trends and problem sources. Recommends and initiates corrective actions where and when it is necessary.
• Works with Systems Administrators, Software Developers, Software Vendors and Applications Managers to diagnose and resolve problems, bugs, and failures.
• Organizes information by studying, analyzing, interpreting, and classifying data.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing user input, and systems data and software vendors’ interventions.
• Documents and maintains user instruction manuals and guides including records of system changes updates and revisions.
• Acts as a liaison between the different systems and Software Applications Managers, Engineers, Administrators and End-Users.
• Provides technical support and guidance to software applications end-users.
• Responsible for documenting, maintaining, administering and managing user accounts, access roles and profiles of the different software applications.
• Ensures applications and database infrastructures availability for development and production environments and the delivery of technical requirements with the respective team members.
• Evaluates end-user requirements and provides respective configuration to software applications functionality.
