Programmer Analyst

• Identify requirements by establishing personal rapport with internal end-users to understand and document service requirements.

• Conduct functional requirements analysis, draft requirements documents and translate requirements into high-level designs.

• Responsible for all of the internal applications development adhering to the organization’s standards and complying with agreed on specifications, timeframes and quality.

• Play an integral role in the internal software development lifecycle including but not limited to: Review, validation and drafting of architectural designs, application development, testing, code-reviews, code execution and complexity analysis, optimization, debugging and deployment.

• Coordinate with solution architects, consultants, business analysts, system engineers and administrators to guarantee the deliverables compliance with both functional requirements and environment constraints.

• Provide assistance, support and technical expertise to team members to meet business needs.

• Produce and maintain requirements, design, system administration documentation, user manuals and guides.
