o Search, attract and source qualified candidates for different positions.
o Post jobs over the job boards in a proper format, making sure to refresh it everyday
o Search on job boards, internet for qualified candidates
o Schedule interviews; coordinate between recruitment and different departments for all related matters.
o Acquire new CV through networking with other recruiters and agencies.
o Build a pipeline of candidates for each department
o Communicate with selected candidates regarding date and place of interview, travel, accommodations and other administrative matters.
o Coordinates various administrative arrangements for new employees, this includes notifying concerned Departments and Sections to make arrangements for airport reception, accommodation and transportation for candidates.
o Liaise with different universities and government entities to get qualified candidates and follow up with HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) project.
o Assist in special projects within HR department as needed.
