* Develop standards of performance

* Ensure that employees are professionally supervised and motivated

* Take disciplinary actions and reward staff

* Ensure that production deadlines are met to avoid any delay for the client

* Propose and find solutions on day to day issues to meet customer requirements

* Be proactive and foresee possible difficulties

* Evaluate performance of kitchen equipment to ensure continuity of the processes

* Coach and correct employees

* Prepare budgets and means to reach them

* Prepare P&L
