• Identify and qualify potential clients using different sales techniques (including cold calling)

• Use the CRM system to report and manage workflow

Negotiating and closing deals

• Prepare proposals

• Present solutions

Managing Accounts and Relationships

• Maintain client relationships through account planning, continuous engagement and follow up with clients

• Timely response to inquiries

• Managing problem resolution

Marketing

• Organize lead and demand generation activities and campaigns

• Use social media as a lead generation tool

• Coordinate with marketing agency for the development of marketing material (collateral)
