Storekeeper - Gama Construction

- Direct a team of storekeepers, materials issue/receipt clerks drivers.

_ Prepare for receipt of material at site e.g. arrange for handling equipment submittal of paperworkfor customs clearance.

_ Unloading Arrangement of Package in location

_ Inspection of goods quantity & quality as per packing list /PO.

_ Items keeping in bin location and fixing of Tags.

_ Preparation of discrepancy report if damage / shortage of items.

_ Filling of Store Documents as well as savant Copy/Duplicate copy of transporter for finance.

_ Excel sheet maintaining of daily receipt items.

_ To insure the daily House-keeping in storage area as well as warehouse

_ Circulating monthly Stock Statement to construction and execution team.

_ Asset stock taking periodically.

_ Any other tasks assigned by the Site manager or reporting Manager.
