Our client, a leading banking group in the region, is seeking to recruit a IT Project Manager. You will be reporting to the Head of IT infrastructure Project Management. Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible to manage the end to end quality delivery of key infrastructure projects on the committed timeline and the allocated budget. Job PurposeThe Infrastructure Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute the activities of multiple infrastructure and operations projects while delivering on-time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on three frontsVirtualization platforms Modernizing the corporate Datacenter.Technology Refresh and upgrade. Infrastructure demand and readiness for all application projects.Main Tasks Run projects, prepare project plan and provide MIS reports to PMO office. Liaise with cross functional IT infrastructure team members.Manage and mitigate project issues and risks.Manage project resources and team.Manage project board and stakeholders. Ensure availability of resources, meeting of timelines and other project details. Ensure projects are aligned to and deliver against the Business objectivesPerform appropriate level of stakeholder management across IT and clientsServe as highest project internal escalation levelTake appropriate actions if deadlines, quality or budget are significantly at risk.Build and develop a high performing project team in order to deliver project results as per the business caseDocument IT processes as required by PMO standardsWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team, in accordance with defined quality management practices to achieve common objectivesEnsure maintaining Data confidentialityLead team to design, implement, test and rollout a robust virtual infrastructure.Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure complianceTake ownership and ensure Quality Delivery as per the scopeKey Deliverables Delivering the productproject within the timeframe and meets customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance of project delivery to PMO, QMS, Risk and Audit guidelinesDesign, implement, Critical Infrastructure Projects ie Virtualization Performance Measures Budget Allocation and Utilization- Actual vs. plannedProject results- Actual vs. planned Achievement of deliverables Customer feedback (CSAT and Interviews)Adherence to complianceEffective ManagementBudget Allocation and Utilization- Actual vs. plannedProject results- Actual vs. planned Achievement of deliverables Customer feedback (CSAT and Interviews)
