A new concept food company is looking for an energetic team member who will not only perform the regular daily tasks, but who will become a passionate brand ambassador and add value to the business on many levels.
If you want to play a key role in a great new business with lots of growth potential, then this is the job for you. The operation consists of deliveries only (no dine in), and the kitchen manager will be responsible for the overall kitchen operation. He or she will assist in hiring staff, purchasing food and stock, and making sure the kitchen staff are trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety and sanitation techniques and procedures.
In addition, this candidate will ensure that the company’s standards are upheld: the food looks great and is prepared properly, the proportions are correct, and it is prepared and dispatched on time. This role will also assist with the books, by keeping tabs on food, wages and related operational costs.
