- To prepare initial cost estimate.
- To prepare tender documents and bills of quantities.
- To float tender and attend to tenders queries.
- To prepare tender analysis report and conduct tender clarification meetings and negotiation.
- To prepare contract documents.
- To prepare running bills and statement at completion.
- To assist site staff in contractual issues.
