OFFICE MANAGER (Bilingual) - Linca Legal

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

• Facilitates the day to day operations of the company, supervising support staff, developing and implementing office initiatives and assuring that the office are organized.

• Handles all human resources issues. Manages the firm's budget and vendor relations.

• Reporting to the Executive Manager. Generates reports in relation to administrative and budgetary issues.

• Taking minutes of meeting, arranging travel and appointments.

• Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints especially in other countries.
