Outsourcing Manager

- Develops outsourcing policies and strategies to maximize vendor effectiveness.

- Researches and locates credible vendors and performs due diligence. Structures and negotiates outsourcing arrangements and monitors adherance to agreed-upon service levels.

- Supervises outsourcing processes and procedures; troubleshoots problems to ensure the continuity of outsourcing business.

- Develops and manages one or more outsourced teams; oversees individual and team performance and development. Coaches and supports management team and staff.

- Establishes business assessment procedures for multiple or critical applications.

- Utilizes tools techniques and practices for identifying and validating business opportunities.

- Plays an active or leadership role in business assessment processes and assits in the preparation of deliveries.

- Designs and maintain recruitment process in the company ( including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting proper actions to close gaps); outsourcing agreements and contracts.

- Builds a quality relationship with clients and sub contractors.

- Conducts job interviews for all job positions.

- Designs training recruitment for HR recruiters and line managers.

- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.

- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and outsoucing; implement appropriate best practices in the company.
