Successful administration of recruitment activities, Plans for recruitment based on approved vacant positions versus manpower requisition. Prepares necessary documents for job posting/advertising and for applicant sourcing. Communicates with advertising agencies, recruitment agencies and other sources to gather applications. Screens CVs and communicates with Departments regarding requirement and available resources. Administers tests for all applicants and conducts initial interviews for applicants. Monitors and schedules applicants for interviews. Communicates with applicants and departments for proper action. Communicates results of the recruitment activity to all concerned. Prepares job offers and communicates with applicants of such. Acquires agreement of candidate. Communicates other concerns to applicants, departments and recruitment leadership. Prepares recruitment reports for all concerned recipients. Assists in the implementation of on-boarding process. Informs all concerned about newly hired employees Assists new hires on some on-boarding steps(accommodation, flight, medical, document requirements, agency requirements, labor requirements, etc). Provides pertinent information to new hires upon their arrival in the company. Ensures entry of new hires into the employee
information system. Assists with guiding the internal selection process. Handle internal job postings and collection of internal applications. Participate in section activities, such as short-listing and interviews and generates communication
as required with internal candidates and department selection team representatives. Ensures integrity of the recruitment section documentation and filing. Ensures all documents are dispatched and filed according to company’s
requirements. Ensures all documents and files are maintained considering the required confidentiality as well as ease of retrieval.
