Assistant Business Analyst

On behalf of a leading international Energy Services Company we are seeking an Assistant Business Analyst for their Al Khobar office.

Reporting to the Section Head you will be responsible to assist in monitoring and providing financial and operational analysis activities related to a subsidiary. Assist in acting as the focal point between the organisation and the subsidiary management team to identify growth and integration opportunities and assist in the implementation of these projects.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
 Assists the business analyst in the task of continually monitoring the subsidiaries’ performance and progress (actual vs budget).
 Assist the business analyst to monitor financial and operational performance indicators of the subsidiaries on periodic basis to accurately assess business performance.
 Assist the business analyst to monitor and control performance of a subsidiary through the review of all subsidiary management reports and the analysis of all reported financial and operational data.
 Assist the business analyst in the task of identifying changes in the subsidiaries performance or anomalies in trends and investigates possible causes.
 Assist the business analyst in reporting any deviations and investigation reports to the Section Head.
 Assist in collecting continually market financial information and review with the business analyst before sharing with the subsidiaries.
Integration of Subsidiary:
 Assist in building a business case for integration and reviews detailed integration plans.
 Assist the business analyst in supervising the implementation plan in close collaboration with the subsidiaries and ensures delivery in a cost effective and timely manner.
 Assist the business analyst in monitoring KPI’s post-integration and reports to the Section Head.
Subsidiary Sales Enhancement:
 Assist the business analyst in providing insights to the Section Head to identify requirements and analyse potential gaps with the current services offer.
 Assist the business analyst in the implementation of plans aiming at combing the sales efforts of subsidiaries.
Subsidiary Financial & Operational Reporting:
 Assists in the preparation of periodic performance analysis reports on the subsidiary performance.
Independence of Operations & Decision-Making Authority:
 Independently manages working methods and collaboration model with the assigned subsidiary.
 Responsible for ensuring all assigned tasks are delivered in a timely manner and required performance standards are achieved.
Relationship Management:
 Establishes and manages effective business & close relationship with the assigned subsidiary management team, regular contacts for inputs on performance, new projects or the review of integration or growth opportunities
