Credit Officer

- Explain to customers the different types of credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.

- Collect all data and needed information from clients.

- Review of all documents to ensure that are complete and accurate according to policy of company and regulatory requirements.

- Approve credit within specified limits, and refer credit applications outside those limits to management for approval.

- Responsible for credit sales department.

- Follow up with collection department, to ensure clients’ commitment

- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
