Franchise Support Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Need to have expertise knowledge on all aspects of franchise development with a minimum of 4 years proven experience in the same field

2. Must have the capacity to explore, identify and drive new market opportunities in additional to working with existing lead generation

3. Assigned to provide leads and marketing resources to drive new markets

4. Responsible for Identifying, review and validating new unit development opportunity using current success criteria

5. Should be familiar with working on computer tools and resources, periodically tracking work and data recording, compilation, report generation and also creating, maintaining & updating company profiles

6. Should ensure that all franchise development and sales activities are conducted within legal guidelines and with strict adherence to the company’s agreed Non- Disclosure Agreement and Franchise Development Document regulations

7. Supports franchise with assistance and completion of the New Store Opening Checklist

8. Monitors and provides assistance to ensure successful store opening activities

9. Coordinates any/all extended retail initiatives from planning stages through program implementation

10. Assists in store level budgeting and forecasting

11. Ability to Track and forecast all new units according to critical milestones

12. Always ready to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

13. Provides guidance in all operational areas

14. Communicating to all general managers and consistently enforcing all store policies, standards, and practices

15. Implementing efficiently and effectively directives from corporate and divisional management
