This multi-billion dollar private equity investment manager marries genuinely impressive world class private equity investment strategy and execution with a GCC fund raising flavor.

They recognize that investors tend not to like being vested into “blind” funds, but prefer to operate on a deal by deal basis. As such the fund invests the lions’ share of the equity into any potential deal, often underwriting the whole amount to ensure speed and efficiency of the deal process, will manage the asset portfolio but will distribute the remaining equity amongst willing co-investors.

The business is run by an extremely credible and well known business with world class investment managers across the globe. They invest in large cap often multi bn $ assets in developed markets in a platform based, often buy and build, investment strategy and have an excellent track record of generating some stellar IRRs.

As the business continues to grow there is a need for an experienced HR Head to support the overall business strategy. A robust overall HR strategy will need to be developed and rolled out across their international locations. The key elements will be developing a competitive comp and bens offering, ensuring talent development and management is a priority and driving a high performance ethos throughout the business. This is an entrepreneurial role where you will have valued input to the business at executive level and there will be some occasional international travel.
