The purpose of the role is to assist countries in the MEA region to best expand their operations based on considerations such as present and future opportunities in target markets, which encompasses intelligence gathering on customers and competitors as well as the macroeconomic environment.
The goal of this position is to assist countries in the MEA region to best expand their operations based on considerations such as present and future opportunities in target markets, which encompasses intelligence gathering on customers and competitors as well as the macroeconomic environment. At the same time the tasks on a corporate level is to ensure that the company makes the best use of its capital budget for acquisitions by focusing on those projects which are both financially viable and meet the corporate strategic goals set by the Board of Management.
Once included in the list of targets for acquisition then on a project level the role of the employee is to conduct all price and contractual negotiations concerning the acquisition; to oversee the due diligence process; and, to prepare the necessary documentation to support the acquisition required for internal management and by external decision makers.
