-Develop cost-saving strategies to increase profit and manage labour costs. -Prepare new recipes, sub-recipes costing and recommend suitable price to improve menu food cost. -Prepare and analyze sales reports and suggest actions to improve sales performance -Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data. - Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with vendors; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. - Supports management by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests. -Collect and categorize customers’ feedback, preparing reports and suggesting / tracking on improvements. - Plans meetings, events and exhibitions by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists. - Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. - Manage and improve social media channels in order to promote the brand and its market differentials.
