In conjunction with the manager; ensure the delivery of Skywards annual activities and projects; including member communication; promotions; events and product development. Responsibilities will include managing events process flows; email; internal and external communication and the co-ordination of Skywards marketing activities.
Job Accountabilities
- Manage the co-ordination with key stakeholder departments in Skywards and across the airline for e.g. Corporate Communications or IT; on a daily basis to ensure efficient deployment of internal and external communications; PR and events.
- In conjunction with the Skywards Programmes Managers research and develop new member benefits/schemes/ promotions/ communication methods; and project manage any resulting initiatives.
- Work with Skywards Programmes Managers to execute and monitor the annual activity calendar in their specific sphere of work. This will involve co-ordinating detailed monthly reviews to ensure activities are included in project plans and status sheets; that they are started as per proposed dates; and that any ensuing delays are proactively highlighted.
- Manage the administrative functions related to information and data processing; conference planning and travel; mail; document and records management; including maintenance of team archives; guard books; register of activities and timely despatch of member invitations.
- Communication Support: Manage staff and member engagement for all Skywards/EK events and exhibitions. This can involve activities ranging from organisation of collateral to managing interaction with members at events.
- Responsible for co-ordinating all offers (EK and partner-related) for newsletters and emails. This includes co-ordination with Corporate Communications and the various Business units within the group (examples Skywards partnership; NPSD; EKH etc.) to solicit and prioritise offers. Ensure materials are secured within established monthly deadlines.
- Proactively support the distribution and management of Skywards stock. This includes using the iProc system to raise production requests and withdrawal of stock from stores for outstation distribution; promotions and events.
- Digital Support: Monitor; track and analyse email campaigns by summarising key issues and presenting these findings to management. Develop a follow up program for key issues until resolution so as to measure and maximise campaign effectiveness and help refine future campaign segmentation strategies.
