Property Consultant (Sales) for Leading Real Estate Group - Riyadh

- Scanning the property market and keep a lookout for both old and new assets
Working with the sales team, and other departments, to ensure that Sales information is shared, sales opportunities are maximized
- Generating new leads
- Helping the client to select the best property depending on his needs and budget.
- Recruiting Agents and monitoring their performance to see if they are following the legal business practices or not.
- Ensuring achievement of sales target, by prospecting customers, selling projects and manning assigned projects.
- Initiating and Closing sales.
- Completing all stages of the sales cycle for syndicate and retail brokerage sales.
- Using a range of communication channels in order to deliver a constant professional level of service to clients.
