Description

Owing to continued growth my client is looking to recruit a National Sales Director who will report to the GM of the business with the main responsibilities being, but not restricted to:-
- Implementing strategies on how to develop major account relationships as well as new business- Manage and oversee the P&L to ensure key indicators (Gross, Net, COS, A&P & D&P) are within the agreed budget- The National Sales Director will lead a large sales force, monitoring and working closely with the sales team to aid revenue growth within their specific accounts; as well as developing their careers within the organisation- Constantly monitoring competitor performance within the region, via local market visits, media, insight reports (SAP, Nielsen, GFK) to ensure the business can adapt and grow


Profile

My client is looking for a high calibre Sales Director with a number of years experience in a critical senior position within a large FMCG MNC. They must have the following experience and skills:-
- 7 -10 years experience within a reputable MNC - Must have experience in short shelf life products (6-9 months max)- Management of a large sales team- Knowledge of Middle East short shelf-life market place- Experience of various sales channels (Wholesale, Key accounts, Direct Cash Sales)- Must be English speaking, Arabic is advantageous- Degree educated as a minimum
