Reports to: Technical Support Manager
Requirements: 3-5 years' experience with networking and CCTV (IP, Analaog, VMS)
Excellent troubleshooting ability.
Excellent writing skills. Most of your work will be written (email, documentation, etc.).
Excellent telephone mannerisms. Some support will be provided over the phone
Training/ presentation skills or certificates is a plus
