The Exhibitor Services Agent is part of the team providing a one-stop-shop for all elements of exhibitor orders before during and after and an event. As part of the Venues - Exhibitor Services team, the scope of work includes but not limited to the following activities;
• Marketing
• Sales
• Administration / processing
• Invoicing
Key to the role is the management of all elements of exhibitor orders through EBMS including;
• Exhibitor data
• Exhibitor products
• Exhibitor sales campaigns
• Exhibitor orders budget
• Exhibitor services administration
o Receive exhibitor orders and create service orders in EBMS
o Coordinate with service department delivery coordinators to ensure delivery
o Close service orders in EBMS once the work orders are completed by the service departments
• Exhibitor services sales
o Analyse exhibitor buying behavior for specific shows based on EBMS data
o Launch pro-active sales campaigns prior to the show start date to cross sell and up sell exhibitor services
o Actively coordinate with Venues exhibitions commercial team to create general, seasonal or show specific service packages.
• Build-up, event and tear-down
• Shift pattern to match that of the Organiser and Exhibitor on site hours including Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.
