HR ADVISOR - Saudi Arabian Chevron Inc

BASIC FUNCTION:



Responsible for providing strategic leadership and expertise in all areas of human resources, including project planning and expatriate administration. Guides the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) in the implementation of strategic Corporate-initiated programs using project management skills as defined by the Chevron Project Development & Execution Process (CPDEP). Applies appropriate tools to successfully manage projects. Partners and networks with other global HR groups within Chevron to implement global best practices. Serves as a strategic partner to the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and contributes largely to HR tactical and strategic directions.
