Offshore Installation Manager (OIM), Qatar Offshore
Leading oil and gas operating company are seeking offshore installation/asset operations and production managers for their offshore facilities on a 28/28 rotation.
Role Objectives:
- To oversee a number of producing assets with occasional presence in the onshore office working with the leadership team as required.
- Ensure offshore operations and asset integrity management on their installations are executed in a planned, safe, commercially effective and efficient manner, ensuring minimal downtime and production targets for each asset are achieved and met safely.
- Liaison between the on and offshore stakeholders and leadership, including a large number of EPC contractors, whilst encouraging innovation and initiative in regards to process optimisation through the use of new technology, driving standards and consistency.
