The Job involves:
• Through Interface and discussions to capture customer requirements and present the relevant technical solution to the customer through visits, discussions / presentations and other follow up meetings.
• Where relevant to identify key revenue generating opportunities for products and services either directly or through the Sales team for the financial benefit of the company.
• To write technical Requirement Specifications which meet customer requirements and translate these accurately to the delivery and development team/ or suppliers for implementation.
