Finance Manager - Emirati Nationality Only - Reed Specialist Recruitment

Energy regulation company are currently seeking to recruit a Finance Manager for their operacion based in Abu Dhabi.



The Finance Manager will be responsible for developing, planning, managing, and leading the financial activities of the organization, including treasury, budgeting, audit, accounting, long-range forecasting, and risk management.





Responsibilities:



- Work external financial auditor/advisor and the relevant governmental auditing authority to ensure developing a robust accounting/financial system that is consistent with both international principles and the federal requirements.

- Establish and manage Financial Accounting & Reporting functions, and all financial control and reporting requirements of the organisation.

- Analyze. interpret, and report operating results: make suggestions that result in cost reduction and profit improvement.

- Take responsibility for identification of financial risks and development of strategies and action plans to mitigate them.

- Manage and motivate the finance team to ensure the achievement of the department’s aims and objectives.

- Manage the development of financial management performance metrics.
