Senior Internal Auditor - Emirati Nationality Only - Reed Specialist Recruitment

A Energy regulation company are currently seeking to hire a Senior Internal Auditor in their Finance department.



This position will support the audit and risk committee in all audits activates and will interact with the Director General for administrative purposes only.

To carry out internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan and to provide independent and objective reporting and consulting activity to add value and improve authority's operations.



Responsibilities:



- Establish the audit function in the organization, including relevant policies and procedures, budgeting and workforce planning and supervision.

- Design of the annual Internal Audit Plan, execution of efficient and effective internal audit reviews approved within the annual Internal Audit Plan and preparation of concise internal audit reports for discussion with Top Management, Audit Committee, and BOM.

- Monitor the progress of all open audit issues with each Department periodically.

- Ascertain the extent of compliance with established policies, plans and procedures and determine whether they are effective securing their intended purpose.

- Supervise the sub-contract and auditors contracted to support the internal audit function.
