Assistant Maintenance Manager

• Ensure proper maintenance of the buildings under our management and maintain the high standards.

• Control the buildings energy consumption, recommend energy savings and implement the relevant and adequate measures.

• Follow up and supervise the repair and reinventions of all civil and electro-mechanical works of old buildings as required.

• Follow up the designs, approvals & fitting out work progress to sub-divide offices in existing buildings and make it smaller offices areas to enhance leasing progress.

• Follow up the designs, approvals with authorities & fitting out work progress (shops and offices) and liaison with tenants, contractors & consultant if required.

• Monitor the maintenance staff activities and distribute the duties between the properties and as per the priorities and requirements.

• Follow up the preventive maintenance scheme of the buildings ( Civil and MEP) work and attend emergencies and systems breakdown.

• Monitoring the maintenance contractors’ activities for the various systems, and validate the relevant maintenance reports of activities and performance of the contractors.

• Attend and follow up tenants complains and requests.

• Report to the management at the earliest of any eventuality whereby any malfunction could affect the safety of machines, equipments, tenants or the buildings.

• Maintain safe working conditions and safe environment in the buildings, ensure the fire prevention and safety standers and the related inspections of DCD, DM, Dubai Police and safety inspection for the lifts, escalators and cradles .

• Elaborate and control the costs wherever possible.
