Supervise security, cleaning and other vendors operations in liaison with respective departments and departmental heads.

Attend tenant’s requirements /complaints and ensure timely action. Coordinate with tenant’s moving-in, moving-out and premises fit out. Coordinate for leasing renewals, payments, registration with RERA. Maintain cordial relations with tenants, adopt professional approach and implement high standards of management. Establish timely reports and statistics.
