To act as the Account Executive and proactively communicate with these ultra high net worth individuals on a day to day basis, the primary focus of which is to coordinate and arrange their business and/or personal lives on both a proactive and reactive basis.



Handle all member requests that come in on a day to day basis ensuring they are completed a timely and efficient manner.



Ensure requests for international territories are sent to the correct account managers and are followed up. Ensure any problems are resolved in a professional manner.



Ensure that members' expectations are met on more time consuming requests, ensuring they are regularly updated. Cultivating a strong relationship with each individual member.



Creating a personal profile of each member to include key facts on each member’s specific preferences. Ensuring regular tailored communication to member’s specific preferences.



Supporting the Group of businesses through lead generation/sales via your own member base.



Recognising, attending and following up networking opportunities to generate leads and build new relationships for the business. Ensuring member profiles are accurate and up to date on CRM system.
