Learners Experience Executive - Hamdan Bin Mohammed e- University

- Coordinate university’s services relating to learners academic progress and personal development; including dispatching of learning materials.

- Initiate, organize and report learners’ activities inside and outside the university campus. Also responsible for publishing them in coordination with marketing dept.

- Responsible for the Learners’ Council including the annual elections of its members, the annual plans and activities and also committees and clubs under it.

- Coordinate and organize social events for learnersthroughout the academic year.

- Assure that all learning processes, policies, and procedures are appropriate and in place and all learners are aware of their rights and responsibilities.

- Respond and follow up efficiently and professionally all requests and inquiries from continuing learners through different means such as; email, telephone, SMS, etc. and ensures that these request are closed.

- Maintain regular communication with learners through different means which includes notifying them of important dates, announcements, news and activities.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders on developing, updating, and maintaining written official communication in order to disseminate knowledge, generate awareness and provide updates about the services provided to learners

- Communicate learners’ concerns and complaints to the concerned personnel within the university. Also coordinate with Vice Chancellor’s office for meetings between learners’ representatives and HBMeU management in order to freely express their concerns.

- Contribute to the management of all orientation-related activities and other learner related events where applicable.

- Initiate new ideas, services, and programs that support the general mission of the University and the Learner Services in particular.

- Assure strong relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinates the promotion and delivery of learner-related surveys conducted.
