We are in search of a dynamic individual for the under mentioned position in the company.
Legal Officer
You should be an Attorney-at-Law with a Notaries License, and should possess a minimum of 3 years exposure in corporate law.
Should exhibit a good knowledge of the legal framework including, securities laws and rules applicable to listed entities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and a positive personality are essential characteristics that we would look for in successful candidates.
The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for drafting a wide variety of agreements, advice and coordinate legal matters of group companies, handle intellectual property work, convenyacing and litigation.
The selected candidate will be given an attractive remuneration package.
