• Responsible for ordering food and non-food items
• Ensure that all stocks are available and properly accounted for
• Ensure to negotiate best purchasing package
• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works are done
• Maintain and update purchasing records and data like LPO’s and pricing in the system
• Plan and manage inventory levels of materials or products
• Ensure that all coffee shop equipments, machines and electrical items are well maintained and in good working order.
• Oversee coffee shop operations in terms of stock level, shop audit, maintenance and pest control.
• Process permit from Dubai Mall and the police for all maintenance and cleaning activities.
• Perform other tasks as required by management
• Supports marketing, HR and finance functions of the company
• General administrative work for the back office team
• Follow-ups and coordination
• Any ad hoc tasks or projects that might arise
