• Develop financial and tax strategies.

• Responsible for all subsidiaries’ budgeting process.

• Creates analysis templates and reports on the performance of all company subsidiaries.

• Responsible to manage all financial risks the company may be subjected to.

• Responsible for creating, modifying and implementing the financial policy of the company.

• Ensure that the company subsidiaries comply with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Liaises with internal and external auditors for all subsidiaries of the company.

• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.

• Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts.

• Report financial results and managerial reports to the CEO and board of directors for all subsidiaries of the company.
